Refund Policy

Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

The Utah Soccer Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation. We offer soccer programs within the boundaries of the State of Utah as set forth by the United States Soccer Federation for those who are interested in playing games in a competitive, recreational and social atmosphere. By organizing these competitions, the players join the Association by paying an annual non-refundable registration fee. Players, who do not complete their full registration period, whether it is voluntarily or involuntarily, are not entitled to a refund.
 
We also realize that there are unusual circumstances that dictate the consideration of a refund and the following reasons for a full or partial refund will be honored:

1. The Association does not allow a player to exchange their registration to another player. A player registration is considered an individual agreement with the Association and is non-transferable.

2. A player registering for the seasonal year and deciding not to play prior to their first scheduled game may receive a partial refund wherein the Association has already paid fees to other affiliated organizations such as U.S. Adult Soccer Association and U.S. Soccer Federation.

3. A player registering for the seasonal year may apply for a full refund before the start of the season if any of the following reason apply. The allowable reason must be accompanied by substantiated proof and the return of the player pass prior to a refund being processed.

a. Pregnancy
b. Attending out of State schooling
c. Military service
d. Missionary service

4. A player registering for the seasonal year may apply for a partial refund during the season if any of the following reason apply. The allowable reason must be accompanied by substantiated proof and the return of he player pass prior to a refund being processed

a. Pregnancy
b. Attending out of State schooling
c. Military service
d. Missionary service
